Mr. Zelensky! Please give up while you can still get out. You know Ukraine connot win. The only possible way for you to get your way is if Russia's industrical base is totally destroyed, and, if China enters the war, then their industial base too. This would be a whole-Eurasia land war in which Ukraine would be reduced to rubble in the middle. But, unlike the first World War I, the other side has nuclear weapons this time to effect MAD-ness (Mutual Assured Destruction), so an impending total victory by The West might unleash total destruction of all human and higher animal life in an exchange of hydrogern bombs. You can't win, so please do not keep on killing Ukraine's youth and everybody else in a fool's errand. Declare an in-place unconditional cease fire and make what remains of Ukraine a neutral country at peace with your neighbor to the East. When a small country's nextdoor neighbor is a superpower, it behooves them to make nice with them because they are bigger than you. Dear President Zelensky, Surely you know the logic of military escalation: If you escalate your side to try to gain advantage, then the Russians will counter-escalate on the other side to neutralize your incipient advantage, and nothing will have changed except the size of the opposing forces, the numbers of casualties and the amount of destruction. You should only escalate if Russia escalates and then only to regain parity. Anything else is just waste. 1 divided by 1 is one. 1,000,000 divided by 1,000,000 is one. But 1,000,000 is 1,000,000 times as much cost and destruction to gain nothing. You need to see the situation from both sides and see what the Russians think they need as well as what you think you need. On your "Contact us" page, the heading on the user message entry text area is demeaning. "WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO SAY?" is what a parent says to their small child whom they are about to punish, just before bestowing the punishment on the child. I might like to say: "The east is red and Ukrainian soil is fertile." Or something else. The website might ask instead: "How can we help you?" Also, when a citizen sends you a message on this "Contact us" form, there is no confirmation that you received anything or what you received. I do get an email back SOMETIMES BUT NOT ALWAYS which says you received something:"Re: Contact the President". But this email does not tell me WHAT text was received (if any). This email should be sent back always, not just iuntermittently, and it needs to echo the text that the user posted. This is especially important for a person such as myself who has OCD (Obsessional Compulsive Disorder) and therefore I always worry if I did what I wanted to do, like chrcking 5 times to make sure I locked the door on leaving the house but still not being sure I did it so I go back and check again. "WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO SAY?" is arrogant. It tells us citizens what our government thinks of us: we have a constitutional right to open our mouths and emit whatever words we wish and our government will tolerate us tiring ourselves out (*up to 1,999 characters). When we have had out say we will get what you will deign to give us. ("You" in the preceding sentence refers, of cousre, to "The Federal Government" in a general way like in Franz Kafka's novels "The Trial" and "The Castle", not to the particular employee or AI bot that may or may not read the present email.) The text is abbreviated due to your 1,999 character limit ----------------------------------------------------------------- "WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO SAY?" is demeaning, what a parent says to their small child whom they are about to punish, just before bestowing the punishment on the child. The website should ask instead: "How can we help you?" More important: When a citizen sends you a message on this "Contact us" form, there is no confirmation that you received anything or what you received. I do get an email back SOMETIMES BUT NOT ALWAYS which says you received something:"Re: Contact the President". But this email does not tell me WHAT text was received (if any). This email should be sent back always, and it needs to echo the text you received that the user had posted. This is especially important for a person such as myself who has OCD (Obsessional Compulsive Disorder) and therefore I always worry if I really did what I wanted to do. "WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO SAY?" is arrogant.
