As the sun slowly sinks in the west, or the earth rises, depending on one's astronomical perspective (ref.: Norwood Hanson, "Patterns of Discovery") America runs out of gas on Dunkin' Donuts.
As the light of another spent day fades, the commuters returning to their suburban single family tract houses, The Amerian mort-gage Dream, turn on their cars' headlights (unless the car has an automstic headlight dimmer accessory), to light their way. Fast Food franchises turn on their outside lights as beacons to beckon who choose to pick up dinner on their way rather than having to cook it at home orf go out. At least it's not "wet markkets" in China which gave ua Covid-19 by people picking up morsels of fresh-killed wild animals piled high in unsanitary cages while they await their slaughter.
Revently, someone was killed as part of a mass murderer's rampage in the Popeye's in the above picture. Such killings are getting to be a daily occurrence in The United States in 2022. As people used to say: It's a recession when your neighbor is out of work; it's a depression when you yourself are out of work.
